Its well known localy! It dosn't have a good name localy (to put it mildly). Dont go there even if your desperate! Its Badly in need of a visit from the hotel inspecto!
Absolutely fine. Clean, safe, comfy bed, free breakfast and friendly staff. No frills, but an excellent price, so I don't think some of the other reviews are fair. I wouldn't have a problem staying here again if I was working in the area.
