Communication was great from start to finish, they were punctual, well prepared and skilled at quickly moving all of our household items safely - including a 70 year old extremely heavy lead-framed wooden piano up 5 steep steps into my new house (quite impressed!). She moves is an exceptional business run by an intelligent and fast thinking woman , Donna I needed something that was no longer new stock in a business, that was now clearance and only available in store for pickup and payment in store only too The problem being that I currently am in London and the specific store being in Wales Despite offering the cost of p and p the store were unhelpful All courier companies in the UK will not pick up and deliver a parcel they may have to seal, or box themselves , or take time out and enter a store to pick it up I asked Donna would she provide the service and She said Yes taking the initiative with complete understanding and a desire to be of service An empath, as well as good business woman Donna also got back to me with a more than reasonable quote and in super speedy response time I was impressed by her understanding , and initiativeI was then blown away by a message from Donna saying she had found my item on EBAY so would not need her services after all What an incredible honest and kind thing to do as she put my needs as a customer above her needs to earn money A rare find , a business with heart and soul A woman with true understanding of how to run a business Gaining great success and accolade judging by the reviews I came across by luck and chance and by my dealings with her she deserves all the stars people give her and her business I will certainly be using She moves again , and am happy to see they are pretty much like angel female business , as well as aforementioned courier service , house moving , furniture assembly , house clearances , painting , the list goes on . she really is one number I am storing Wonderful as I am moving soon next year , and You really do need someone you can trust with not only your belongings but also your personal information and safety I Would without doubt recommend this business and wholly trust them She moves really moves and gets things done A real angel in action Thank You Donna

Donna has just completed internal house painting and an external garden make over following my move. I have just used She Moves after reading such positive reviews on their Facebook page for a 4 bed house move. Donna was accommodating from start to finish. She came round to the house to see exactly what I had to move before quoting me a price. The price was extremely reasonable - cheaper than competing companies. I kept in touch with Donna regarding completion dates and booked her in as soon as I knew. Donna and her team came the afternoon prior to moving day to load a van to ease the stress on the morning of the move. The girls were all great - clearly knew what they were doing and nothing was too much trouble. On moving day - there were at the house nice and early and we were ready to move by the time the call came, with no stress involved. It made the whole process of moving as easy as it could be. It was a warm day and lugging boxes was hard work - but the team were amazing. I completely recommend this firm and I'm sure to use them again in the future.
