Lots of updates by both phone and email, first rate communication, preparation for each viewing and valuable feedback - I felt informed at all stages.I genuinely felt you were all anxious to achieve a satisfactory sale as smoothly as possible and genuinely pleased for me when all was settled. 10 Years ago i met Karen of Durbins Tonteg . when times for me were not good . She came and valued my house in Efai Isaf and within 30 minuetes of taking photos had 2 prospective buyers outside bidding to buy which we sold to the highest bidder and pleased with price . .Over the past 10 years my wife and i have bought numerous properties ans resold through Durbins . Karen and her team have allways been at hand for help and advise in our transactions , they access prospective buyers before viewing and you know if they make a offer they can proceed and not just coming to have a look . After 6 months of house buying stress, seeing 2 houses fall through and dealing with other estate agents who lacked customer service skills I can honestly say that the Service provided by Karen and her team was exceptional throughout the process. The way they dealt with my partner and I was professional and we would purchase/sell through this agent again. Their excellent service was demonstrated on our completion day which turned out to be nothing short of a disaster due to a near collapse of our chain. With two distressed new home owners desperate for their keys the team leaped into action discussion the situation with our vendors and both solicitors to ensure we got the keys as planned.
